Fiduciary Continuum Management Services is committed to providing a website, a consultation process, and written materials accessible to people with disabilities. This page describes our current accessibility status, the work we do on an ongoing basis, and how to reach us if you encounter a problem.
Web accessibility
The website at fiduciarycms.com is designed to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, which is the standard cited in U.S. federal accessibility law and in California's Unruh Civil Rights Act context for commercial websites. We test for compliance throughout development, not only at launch.
The specific practices we follow include: every interactive element has a visible focus indicator; every image that carries information has descriptive alternative text, not file names or the word "image"; every form field has a real label, not a placeholder that disappears when you start typing; color contrast for body text clears 4.5:1, and for large text and UI components clears 3:1; the site is fully keyboard-navigable, with all content reachable without a mouse; and the site respects the visitor's reduced-motion preference, disabling hover animations on cards and buttons when prefers-reduced-motion is set.
Body type renders at 17 pixels on desktop and 16 pixels on mobile. You can scale the text up further in your browser without breaking the layout. The 16-pixel mobile floor exists so iOS Safari does not auto-zoom form fields when you tap into them. Tap targets for primary actions are at least 60 pixels tall on mobile — larger than the 44-pixel WCAG minimum — because our visitors are often older, often using reading glasses, and sometimes handing the phone to a parent during a call.
We are working toward full WCAG 2.1 AA conformance and welcome feedback when something falls short.
Consultations and meetings
We do not require anyone to travel to a fixed office to meet with us. The practice operates through video meetings, phone meetings, and home visits within California. The meeting format is chosen to fit your situation, not ours.
Video meetings use a standard service with screen-share for documents. Meetings can be recorded with your consent for later review. Captions are available on request.
Phone meetings are available for situations where video is not workable — including limited internet, unfamiliarity with video software, or a preference for voice-only conversation.
Home visits are available throughout California for clients for whom travel to a meeting location is the barrier.
If you have specific accommodation needs for a consultation — American Sign Language interpretation, a support person present, a meeting at a particular time of day, a quieter environment, a shorter meeting broken into two sessions — let us know in advance and we will arrange the meeting to work for your situation.
Document accessibility
Our written materials — engagement letters, intake forms, and communication about your matter — are available in standard formats and in adjusted formats on request. The adjusted formats include:
Large print, in Arial 18-point or larger.
Plain-language summaries, for clients who would benefit from a less dense version of a complex document.
Audio versions, for clients who prefer to listen rather than read. We can read documents aloud over a recorded phone call, or arrange for an audio version of standard documents.
Other formats by request, where we are able to provide them.
Languages
Russian language support is available with the practice principal. Other in-language needs are discussed directly during the first call so the right arrangement can be made for the situation.
How to report a problem
If you encounter an accessibility issue on our website, in a meeting, or in our written communications, please tell us. We will respond and, where the issue is something we can fix, work toward fixing it.

Accessibility is not a finished project; it is ongoing work. We test the website against accessibility standards on an ongoing basis, review feedback from users, and make changes as we identify them. The practice's accessibility is part of the practice's professional standard, not a separate compliance item.
