Services.
Seven distinct kinds of work — each one with its own statutory frame, its own operational rhythm, and its own cost structure. Each page describes the situations that bring families to us, the steps we take, what the work costs, and the questions families ask.
Conservatorship Services
Court-supervised conservatorship of person, estate, or both — for situations where capacity has failed and the lighter tools are not enough.
Trust Administration
The full year of work after a settlor dies: beneficiary notices, accountings, taxes, real property, distributions. Done from start to finish.
Decedent Estate & Probate Support
Probate administration when there is no trust, or the trust is incomplete. Executor or administrator, working alongside the family's probate attorney.
Special Needs Trust Support
Administering an SNT without disqualifying the beneficiary from SSI or Medi-Cal. First-party and third-party trusts, with Medi-Cal payback tracking.
Capacity-Related & Vulnerable Adult Services
Capacity planning, less-restrictive alternatives to conservatorship, and protective work when an elder is being financially exploited.
Agent Under POA & Successor Trustee Services
Serving as agent under a financial power of attorney, agent under an advance health care directive, or successor trustee on a trust.
Care Coordination & Fiduciary Consultation
Daily money management, care coordination, dementia coordination — the quiet operational work of helping someone stay safe at home. One-off consultations welcome.
Consultations are by appointment.
All conversations are held in strict confidence.
